Special Events, Catering and Meals to Go are part of New Food & Beverage Offerings
Enfield NH — Montcalm Golf Club has announced the hiring of Darin Perry as its new Food & Beverage Manager/Executive Chef.
Chef Perry brings 30 years of culinary experience to the semi-private Montcalm. He most recently spent 10 years at the Hanover Inn and has worked in both restaurant and catering operations throughout the Upper Valley as a Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, and Head Chef.
“Chef Darin brings a great deal of talent and F&B experience to Montcalm and positions our Club as an attractive venue to host special events while also offering catering and prepared takeout meals,” said M.A. Ricci, Administrator of Montcalm Golf Club. “With Chef Darin’s versatility we are energized to bring our F&B operations to that next level. In addition to great lunch fare and adding takeout and to-go dinners, we are offering new catering options and can host special events.”
A native of Brockton, Massachusetts, Perry earned his degree in Culinary Arts at Newbury College in Boston. He is proficient in a wide variety of cuisines.
“Whether I’m creating a dinner for four, a barbecue for 500 or a special occasion for a party of 50, we look forward to bringing creativity and fun to our property, Montcalm members and guests,” said Perry. I’m excited to collaborate with the many wonderful vendors throughout the Upper Valley I’ve come to know, and I am a believer in keeping things simple with fresh ingredients, quality products and great flavors.”
